Jessica Millman

I am absolutely driven by the transient, unique and often mysterious quality of light.

My textural studies of objects endeavour to convey the character, spirit, energy and power inherent in all things - whether seemingly inanimate or otherwise.

Photography has enabled me to captivate not only line and form, light and dark or intense colour but also lends me the ability to share a moment in time with the viewer.

Ultimately my work investigates the nature of light as an expression of energy.
