Symbiosis - an exhibition of art works by the Cyphon group - a group of emerging Illawarra Artists.

 

Nine artists from all areas of the Illawarra showed work at the Old Kiama Firestation. The exhibition was open 10 - 15 October 2006.

 

The artworks featured were small scale printmaking, photography, drawing and painting.  An interesting feature of this, an other Cyphon exhibitions, was the show of miniature works by all the artists. These 10 x 10 cm or smaller works were displayed as an installation creating an unique viewing experience.

 

Symbiosis is the relationship of two or more different organisms in a close association that is mutually beneficial. This exhibition demonstrated the results of nine artists working in close association with a most exciting conclusion!
